Binding Agreement
Using agt99 constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. No separate signature is required — your use of the Platform is your agreement.
Amendment Notices

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification Process
All players are required to submit valid identity documentation as part of the account verification process. Additional Eligibility Requirements

- You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.

- You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied by you directly or by agt99 following a player welfare request.

KYC Verification Required

Account Registration

Withdrawals

Where a chargeback is raised, agt99 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit any pending balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels. Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on agt99 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with Platform games or betting markets.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds — any such winnings are not payable and must be reported to support immediately.
- Collusion with other players in poker or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.

Responsible Use of Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your agt99 account are your own legitimately earned money and are free from any connection to criminal activity. agt99 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and is obligated to report any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime to the relevant authorities. Using agt99 as a vehicle for money laundering — including depositing and withdrawing funds without substantive gameplay — is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to law enforcement.
Responsible Gaming Obligations

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Once an account is closed at your request, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

Closure by agt99
agt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
- Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- Confirmed or suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated against agt99.
- Any other conduct that agt99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
Effect of Termination
Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by agt99 — the following apply:
- All pending bets that have been accepted prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any resulting winnings credited or debited accordingly.
- Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation.
- All bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited immediately upon closure.
- agt99 retains the right to withhold any balance where there is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, abuse, or financial crime until that investigation is concluded.
Data Retention After Closure
Even after account closure, agt99 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulation.
